Making a booking

A booking request becomes a contract only when we issue a written confirmation and the first payment has cleared. Until then, prices and availability are indicative. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and takes responsibility for the whole party.

Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is normally payable at the time of booking.
• The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival; bookings made inside 8 weeks are payable in full.
• A refundable security deposit may be requested by the property owner and is returned after departure, subject to inspection.
• Local tourist taxes, optional extras and services booked in resort are payable locally.

Changes by you or by us

We will try to accommodate changes to dates, party size or extras, subject to availability and any supplier charges. If we must change a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a comparable alternative, a credit, or a full refund of monies paid to us.

Your stay

• Check-in is normally from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00 unless your confirmation states otherwise.
• The maximum occupancy stated for each villa may not be exceeded, including day visitors.
• Parties, events and commercial photography require prior written consent from the owner.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay and should report any issue promptly.

Consumer protection

Nothing in these conditions limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, where your arrangement qualifies as a package, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
