Financial protection

Villa-only rentals are not flight-inclusive holidays and do not require an ATOL. Where a booking combines accommodation with other travel services in a way that forms a package, the appropriate insolvency protection is arranged and confirmed to you in writing before travel. Card payments benefit from the protections offered by your card issuer, including section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 where applicable.

Dispute resolution

We support Alternative Dispute Resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our Complaints Handling Policy, the case may be referred to an approved ADR body. Details of the relevant scheme are provided in our final response letter.

Modern slavery and taxation

We expect villa owners, agents and cleaning partners to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and with local employment law. UK tax obligations are met in accordance with HMRC requirements, and invoices showing any applicable VAT are available on request.
